Worldwide Corporate Network Debuts B2Bnetwork.com as a Feature-Rich Internet Business Portal

WCN Radio to Begin Nationwide Broadcasts New Business Relationships, Virtual Conference Clearing House Announced; Marketing Campaigns for Network, Conferences, Broadcast Programs to be Launched

NEW YORK, Sept. 23 -- Worldwide Corporate Network, Inc. (WCN), the Wall Street-based new media and marketing company, is about to launch, and publicly demonstrate for the first time, its new online business-to-business portal, B2Bnetwork.com, which employs proprietary networking technologies to help businesses connect.

B2Bnetwork.com provides state-of-the-art technology to help business people better manage the connection process with current and prospective associates and clients in their industry communities.

In addition, WCN has rolled out EventsCentral.com, an application containing the Web's most focused and comprehensive listing of interactive online conferences, seminars, trade shows and distance learning programs.

The company also announced completion of the first edition of WCN Broadcast's new radio program, "The Biz Connection," to be aired for the first time this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, September 25 and 26) on 79 AM and FM radio stations in major markets served by Radio America, which syndicates the program across the United States. Plans call for still broader nationwide coverage as the network expands.

New joint-venture arrangements are being finalized and are likely to be similar in structure to WCN's strategic partnership with ABT Corporation, through which WCN hosts an online version of ABT's Project Leadership Conference forums.

Worldwide Corporate Network is currently involved in discussions with investment bankers. After raising substantial new capital, the company intends to mount an aggressive marketing campaign aimed at enhancing its brand image and increasing its user base. There is no charge for users registering at B2Bnetwork.com.

Through the B2Bnetwork.com portal, Worldwide Corporate Network uses proprietary technology to create and manage Virtual Business Communities, as well as to develop and manage online conferences which extend the scope and reach of physical events.

Among WCN's upcoming online events are The Virtual World Fuel Cell Conference, to begin on October 18-19 with a keynote address by Secretary of Energy Bill Richardson; and The Second Annual Virtual Biotechnology Conference, launching on October 21-22 under the co-chairmenship of Dr. Jan Witkowski and Dr. David Stewart from Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
